About The Program

Our 12-month Graduate Program gives you real-world experience, structured mentoring, and exposure to diverse clients and industries. You'll make a genuine impact on people's recovery while building the foundation for a rewarding long-term career.

Who we're looking for?

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Social Workers, Registered Nurses (with eligibility for relevant registration/membership)

Your role:

Conduct assessments and case management to support clients' recovery and return to workBuild relationships with health professionals, employers, and insurers to drive positive outcomesApply your clinical knowledge in a rewarding, collaborative environment
