JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic F&B team at the Chapter & Verse Bar on a part time basis.

Critical responsibilities:

Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guestsWarmly welcome & serve our guestsBe an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experienceMeet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectationsAssisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendationsEnsuring accuracy with requests, orders and service deliveryUse of POS systemStock ice, glassware and paper supplies. Ensuring all service areas are immaculatePromoting safety and support WHS practices

Successful Candidates will have:

Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environmentResponsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)Has a positive, can-do attitudeEnjoys working in a fast paced environmentBarista skills advantageousBeverage knowledge desirableFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
