About the Role:
 Are you looking to enter the agriculture industry? We have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our client's team working across their poultry farms in Adelaide's far north. This dynamic and diverse role involves working hands-on with chickens and roosters, performing a variety of farm tasks. Starting times may vary, and weekend work will be required. This role is best suited for candidates living around the Gawler or far northern Adelaide areas and is available for immediate start. Please note this position is 5 days a week with occasional weekend work.
Requirements:

  • Must have permanent full-time work rights in Australia
  • Must not live or have regular contact with any birds or pigs due to quarantine requirements
  • Willing to work with live birds
  • Able to perform continuous manual handling, up to 20kgs
  • Excellent physical fitness to sustain a repetitive, physical role
  • Own vehicle and current driver's license
  • Positive, energetic, and hardworking attitude
  • Strong focus on safety and good knowledge of safe work practices
