Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Tasmania! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!
We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
The Role:
- Attend various locations, predominantly within Launceston and a proportion of work across Tasmania;
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
- Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation, CTP and General Insurance investigations is preferred;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
