At Guardian Angels OSHC, we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 165 children. We’re seeking enthusiastic, energetic Casual Educators who are passionate about helping primary school-aged children learn, grow and have fun in a safe, nurturing environment.

In Your Role as an OSHC Educator, You Will

  • Provide nurturing care in a safe, welcoming environment
  • Create fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and team members
  • Work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
  • Feel proud knowing you’re making a real difference every day

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential. 
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
  • Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
