Duties:
• Answering phones and greeting customers
• Administration duties
• Support to finance and operations Departments
• Liaising with external suppliers
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• A positive, professional and friendly "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confidence using technology and online systems, with a willingness to learn
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
• A genuine passion for customer service and connecting with people from all backgrounds
• A strong work ethic and self-motivated approach
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
