About the Role

We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Game Masters to deliver unforgettable escape room experiences. You'll welcome guests, run games, give hints, reset rooms, and keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Australian work rights required

• Genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences

• Previous customer service experience required

• Initiative to stay proactive during quiet times and strong prioritisation when it's busy

• Flexible availability — including days, evenings, and weekends

• Minimum availability of 3-4 shifts per week

• Willingness to get into costume and perform as a scare actor

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
