Are you a Litigation Solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a growing and well-regarded practice across the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales? 

If you have 2-3 years post-admission experience, are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your litigation skills under the guidance of experienced practitioners, we would love to hear from you. 

About the Role 

You will work with the litigation team on a range of litigation and insolvency matters. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing litigation matters from start to finish, with supervision 

  • Drafting pleadings, court documents, affidavits, and correspondence 

  • Conducting legal research and assisting with advice and strategy 

  • Preparing briefs to counsel 

  • Attending mediations, pre-hearing conferences, and court appearances 

  • Liaising and meeting with clients, insurers, counsel, and third parties 

  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, court rules, and Lexon 

  • Time recording, billing, and diary management 

  • Meeting CPD requirements and taking part in firm training

About You 

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • 2-3 years’ post-admission experience in litigation (insolvency experience advantageous but not essential) 

  • Strong drafting skills, particularly in pleadings and court documents 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities 

  • Confidence in managing client relationships with appropriate supervision 

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn 

  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team 

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines
