Are you a Litigation Solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a growing and well-regarded practice across the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales?Â

About the RoleÂ
You will work with the litigation team on a range of litigation and insolvency matters. Your responsibilities will include:Â

Managing litigation matters from start to finish, with supervisionÂ

Drafting pleadings, court documents, affidavits, and correspondenceÂ
-
Conducting legal research and assisting with advice and strategyÂ
-
Preparing briefs to counselÂ
-
Attending mediations, pre-hearing conferences, and court appearancesÂ
-
Liaising and meeting with clients, insurers, counsel, and third partiesÂ
-
Ensuring compliance with legislation, court rules, and LexonÂ
-
Time recording, billing, and diary managementÂ
-
Meeting CPD requirements and taking part in firm trainingÂ

About YouÂ
To succeed in this role, you will have:Â

2-3 years’ post-admission experience in litigation (insolvency experience advantageous but not essential)Â

Strong drafting skills, particularly in pleadings and court documentsÂ
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
-
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesÂ
-
Confidence in managing client relationships with appropriate supervisionÂ
-
A proactive mindset and willingness to learnÂ
-
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamÂ

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet competing deadlinesÂ
