The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition while managing and growing a portfolio of Tier 1 strategic accounts.
This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships across the transport, agriculture, mining, construction and retail fuel sectors, with responsibility for securing long-term volume contracts and expanding our commercial footprint.
The role suits a high-performing sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building partnerships and delivering sustained volume growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, target and secure new commercial fuel customers

Manage and grow assigned Tier 1 and key strategic accounts

Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and site visits

Negotiate commercial supply agreements and pricing structures

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Deliver agreed volume and margin targets

Work closely with operations, supply and pricing teams to ensure reliable service delivery

Monitor market activity, competitor pricing and customer trends

Represent the business at industry events and customer functions
What you will bring to Park

Proven B2B business development experience (fuel, logistics, transport, construction, agriculture or industrial sectors preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent relationship management capability

High level of commercial acumen

Ability to operate autonomously in a field-based role

Professional presentation and communication skills

Strong CRM (ZOHO) and reporting discipline
