About The Role
In this role, you will act as a frontline troubleshooter, providing excellent sales skills and resolving issues to customers over the phone or email. You will help build positive customer relationships with Aidacare by offering an exceptional first impression, with superior administration skills and stellar customer support.
Role Title: Customer Service Consultant
Location: Albury, New South Wales, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Regional Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essentialAdept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and recordsAbility to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient mannerLearn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experienceAssist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processingFoster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat businessProvide excellent customer service over the phone and on emails making a great first impression in every case
