About the Role

We are seeking a Production Process Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Stapylton.

In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day production operations by:

• Packing product/powder accurately as per packing sheets

• Labelling, sleeving, sealing, and palletising finished goods

• Performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Supporting the warehouse team when required

• Upholding WH&S, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

What you'll be doing

• Following all company policies, procedures, and work instructions

• Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks, including relevant documentation

• Reporting any non-conformities to Quality Control

• Observing and adhering to work health and safety requirements

• Reporting hazards and incidents immediately

What you'll bring

• Able to manage time well and organise tasks

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

• Use initiative to solve problems and maintain quality standards

• Positive, reliable, and works well as part of a team

• Physically able to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks

• Follows WHS procedures and uses PPE correctly

• Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

• Reliable transport for work

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this position
