We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bar Manager to join our vibrant Mornington venue. If you’re passionate about great service, know your way around a bar, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Monitor customer behavior and uphold RSA requirements

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar exper is essential

• Current RSA certificate (required)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed

• Reliable, positive, and professional attitude

• Cocktail knowledge a bonus (training can be provided)
