About the Project:

Clough Projects and BMD Construction (CBJV) have joined together to deliver the Darwin Ship Lift Facility for the Northern Territory Government. This facility will be the largest ship lift in Northern Australia, serving the maintenance needs of the Department of Defence, Australian Border Force, and the maritime sector, while supporting local jobs and economic growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

Currently seeking a Coxswain Operator to spend 50% of the time operating a vessel and 50% of the time helping trade assistants on the project. Ideal candidates must have:

Coxswain Grade 3 competency (minimum)Experience in marine barge operationsTelehandler & forklift qualifications.

About You:

Certificate III in Civil Construction (preferred)HR/MC License (preferred)EWP, Working at Height, and Forklift Operator Licenses (preferred)Current Driver’s LicenseCurrent Construction Blue/White CardAbility to read and interpret plansStrong safety focus and attention to detailTeam player with the ability to work autonomouslyCommitment to safe work practices.
