Harness Builder Position - Full Time Opportunity - Mayfield West NSW

Aus Harness Advanced Wiring Systems Pty Ltd. are seeking a skilled and experienced Harness Builder to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing custom electrical harnesses for a range of industries.

Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Design and build complex electrical harnesses
• Test and validate harness functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in harness building or related field (preferred)
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with harness building tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid working visa
• Own reliable transport
