Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid role (part-time or fulltime) for a Conveyancing Paralegal, with the position based in Gold Coast, QLD at our office in Surfers and setting you up at home. Happy to discuss the "right mix" of home v office time on application. Whilst we are not seeking conveyor belt conveyancing but instead, high end, personal service conveyancing for our clients. You will handle day-to-day tasks such as A-Z conveyancing using Smokeball, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and providing communication support. You will have full support from the Principal that personally reviews every contract at the outset. This role involves working with lawyers and clients to ensure all legal aspects of property transactions are efficiently managed in a realistic work/life balanced role.
