About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Bene St Paul's in Hahndorf. In this part-time permanent role, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. You will:

• Deliver clinical care tailored to residents' individual health, safety, and wellbeing needs

• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers (PCWs)

• Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Uphold aged care standards, AHPRA requirements, and Bene’s care policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursing role (aged care preferred)

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health needs

• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

• A commitment to person-centred care, dignity, and respect

• Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification

• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable Skills

• Italian-speaking ability (highly regarded, but not essential)

• Post-basic qualifications in aged care
