Position Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to our participants. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, promoting community engagement, and fostering independence.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes participants' well-being and independence.
• Collaborate with fellow support workers, families, and professionals to deliver high-quality supports and services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of participant progress and activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in disability support, aged care, or related fields is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards our work.
• Relevant qualifications in the Community Service's, Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Minimum Certificate III level qualification in Community Services, Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent field.
• Drivers License and Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
• Valid Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
