We are looking for an Educator who is a natural at engaging with children, families and other Educators - so much so, that it inspires all Educators that work with you to create a warm, caring, nurturing and safe environment for children at Riversdale Early Learning.
You'll enjoy creating the type of room environment where children can't wait to enter, parents entering the room will sense the organisation and excitement in what you have planned for the children's development that day. And they'll leave the room knowing their child will have an awesome day. Children's trips home with their parents will be full of chatter about the new things they learnt, exciting things they discovered, and what they did with their friends and Educators (with play-based learning supported by compliant programming at the heart of your room).

Working in accordance with the requirements of the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care & ECA. Code of Ethics;

Being driven to deliver the centre's philosophy and supporting the vision of the approved provider/ owners in all areas of administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, and any other areas as the need arises or as otherwise directed.

Maintain and uphold Workplace Health and Safety; and uphold privacy and confidentiality;

Apply great team building skills and collaboration with interaction with your peers in your room and across the centre.

You'll display and value excellent supervision and engagement with children in our indoor-outdoor play spaces.

Sound knowledge, understanding and practical application of the Early Years Learning Framework to generate outcomes for children's development.

Working collaboratively with the Director / Nominated Supervisor / Approved Provider and you'll know how to follow instructions to achieve safe and effective outcomes for children

You'll be a natural team-player in all you do to benefit the team within your room, across the centre and all children at our service
