About the Role
As a Sales & Delivery Operator, you'll be a key part of our quarry operations team—delivering quarry materials, operating a range of plant and equipment, and helping maintain safe, efficient production.

You will work closely with the Quarry Production Coordinator and support broader road construction/maintenance activities when required.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate multi‑combination truck & trailer
  • Operate front‑end loader, bobcat, weighbridge systems & more
  • Follow work orders and maintain accurate records
  • Perform plant checks, routine maintenance & defect reporting
  • Maintain safe work practices, signage, and site compliance
  • Maintain tidy and safe stockpiles
  • Assist with roadworks during quarry downtime
What We’re Looking For

Essential
  • HR class driver’s licence
  • Skilled operation of MC truck/trailer, loaders & similar equipment
  • Ability to read instructions & complete records accurately
  • Basic mechanical knowledge + ability to perform minor repairs
  • Ability to calculate quantities, weights & areas
  • SafeWork NSW White Card
  • Experience in quality control (preferably quarry environment)

Desirable
  • HC driver’s licence
  • Certificates/competencies in: Work Safely Near Powerlines; Work Safely at Heights; Front End Loader; Skidsteer; Weighbridge operations
  • Quarry, road construction or excavator experience
  • Experience handling basic cash transactions
