It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and premium, brand new educational resources, with a drive to become an Exceeding-rated service. The Role

We are seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator's to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education and care. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and innovative environment.

As an integral member of our team, you will:
Build strong, nurturing relationships with children
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
️ Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for both children and staff
Embed the service’s philosophy into daily practice and decision-making
Communicate effectively with families about their child’s daily experiences and development
Maintain accurate observations and documentation of each child’s learning journey and progress

Trainees (kickstart your career while you study!)
Certificate III Educators
Diploma-Qualified Educators
Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have (or be willing to obtain) the following:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
A valid Working With Children Check
A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including:
  • National Regulations
  • National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment
A strong understanding of the importance of family engagement and communication
A commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child in your care
