Play's Kool Halls Head is seeking a Certificate III Educator for a casual position (3–5 days/week) to support our growing team.

About the Role

In this casual role, you’ll be working across 3–5 days per week, with shifts scheduled between 7am and 6pm, depending on availability and centre needs.

You will:

• Provide engaging, high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5

• Support the delivery of developmentally appropriate, play-based programs

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

• Observe and document children’s progress to inform learning experiences

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment

• Work in compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

What We’re Looking For

• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

• Availability to work casual shifts 3–5 days per week

• Prior experience in a similar early childhood or childcare role

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine love for working with children

• A valid Working With Children Check and current First Aid certificate
