About HERO

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business, convert opportunities, and help drive the continued growth of our national training delivery.
This is a phone-based, outbound sales role. You will be on the phone every day. You own your numbers.
The Role
This is not an account management role and not a passive sales position.
You are responsible for finding opportunities, converting conversations into bookings, and keeping your pipeline moving.
You will work closely with operations to ensure what you sell can be delivered well and on time.
You are responsible for:

Outbound calling to businesses to book first aid training

Converting enquiries into confirmed course bookings

Managing bookings, follow-ups, and client details accurately

Building repeat and referral relationships with organisations

Hitting clear monthly and annual sales targets

Keeping your CRM clean, accurate, and up to date

Representing HERO professionally in every interaction
You are successful in this role if you consistently convert calls into confirmed bookings and keep your pipeline active and organised.
