  • Work closely with the Farm Manager, independent agronomy team, and in-house precision ag team to monitor and manage crops.
  • Opportunity to maximize crop potential through monitoring and management.

  • Operate machinery, including spraying, planting, spreading, and harvest

  • You bring broadacre cropping experience.
  • You have a sound knowledge of growing dryland winter crops.
  • You have experience in the operation of large-scale cropping plant and equipment.
  • Your skill to mentor and coach others is one of your strengths and you have demonstrated this previously.
  • A willingness to learn, adopt new practices and further develop personal skills, whilst working in a team environment is what others pride you on.
  • You have a high level of initiative and self-motivation
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work closely with consulting agronomists and contractors
