Greater Shepparton City Council, situated in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, is the fifth largest provincial centre in Victoria and has a well-developed economy due to its strong agricultural and irrigation base, with major industries related to food processing, manufacturing, transport and health care. The Goulburn Valley is often referred to as 'The Food Bowl of Australia' as around 25% of the total value of Victoria's agricultural production is generated in this area.

Greater Shepparton has a population of approximately 69,000 and is culturally rich with 17.4% of residents being born overseas. The area has excellent education, recreation, cultural, social and health facilities and tourism is a developing focus for the region.

Hourly Rate: $34.90 (plus 25% casual loading; junior rates apply)

We are seeking applicants for the casual Leisure Services Officer – Customer Service position at Aquamoves. Join our professional and committed team.

The successful applicants must be committed, reliable and capable of delivering a high standard of customer service.

Applicants will have naturally strong communications skills both verbal and written and demonstrate the willingness to assist and engage with people of all ages and backgrounds. Previous experience with money handling would be an advantage to gaining employment in this position.

Applicants are required to hold a current Working with Children’s check, and it would be advantageous to hold CPR and First Aid.

Note: This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period. During the qualifying period employees will be provided with appropriate on-going induction, support, assistance, resources and training to enable them to meet the required performance standards for the position.
