What You'll Actually Do
Own ecommerce performance with profit as the north starAnalyse margins by product & category (and fix the leaks)Make strategic product decisions: what to push, bundle, reprice, or discontinueImprove key metrics: AOV, LTV & repeat purchases (chemicals, consumables, upsells)Optimise the website for conversion (not just aesthetics)Work across channels: SEO, paid ads & email with margin-based decision makingUse data to guide every move (GA4, store backend, ad platforms)
You're the Right Fit If you...
Have managed or scaled a real ecommerce store (physical products) Understand contribution margin, not just ROAS Have killed products that sold well but made no money Are comfortable owning outcomes Like fixing systems and bottlenecks MUST have Amazon experience – understand Amazon fees, FBA vs FBM, and listing optimisation BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience with bulky or freight-heavy products Background in trade, hardware, pool, plumbing, or similar industries
