$60–$70/hr + Vehicle | Long Term Work | T1 Contracts

A well-established plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead commercial plumbing works across long-term Tier 1 (T1) projects based in the Rockingham / southern suburbs area.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who can run a site confidently, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and deliver quality work safely and on program.

About the role

• Supervise commercial plumbing works on Tier 1 construction sites

• Manage daily site activities, labour and subcontractors

• Liaise with builders, PMs, site managers and other trades

• Ensure QA standards, compliance and safety are met

• Read plans, coordinate materials and drive productivity

• Maintain site reporting, variations and progress tracking

• Lead by example and keep jobs running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor / Leading Hand / Foreman

• Strong commercial plumbing background

• Comfortable working on Tier 1 projects

• Great communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple moving parts

• Safety focused with a high standard of workmanship
