The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a part-time Administration Assistant, with the opportunity to move to full-time. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping the team run smoothly and making a real impact on our participants’ lives.

As our Admin Assistant, you’ll report directly to the Director of Community Care Links Services, supporting our team, systems, and day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven admin experience, ideally within NDIS or Support Coordination services
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience with CRM software and platforms like Xero
  • Understanding of NDIS National Disability Standards and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Blue Card/Yellow Card, NDIS modules, open “C” class driver’s license, and Australian citizen or permanent resident

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Support Coordination team and roster Support Workers
  • Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing education
  • Manage some client contacts and liaise with external service providers
  • Assist with NDIS compliance, quality, governance, and risk management

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
