Full-Time Duty Manager – North Burleigh SLSC

One of Australia’s premier Surf Clubs, located right on the beach at North Burleigh, the North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Supporters Club offers members and guests exceptional food, beverage, gaming, and event facilities. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Duty Manager to join our leadership team.

This role involves rotating shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights, rotated weekly with other Duty Managers. You must be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous proven experience as a Duty Manager, preferably in a Club or Pub
• Cash handling skills and proficiency with back-of-house procedures such as DTS, banking, float/till reconciliation, and roster costing, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with touchscreen till systems, membership programs, and Max Gaming preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make confident decisions
• Gaming, TAB, and Keno experience
• Current RSG, Approved Manager’s License, and RMLV

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
