We are looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker in EagleHawk 3556, Victoria. You are required to hold a FULL Victorian drivers license and a fully insured vehicle.

You must have experience working with participants with Mental Health (Autism, PDA)

You will be required to :

• Community Access
• Assistance with Daily Tasks

Shifts:

• TBA

The candidate must have all the necessary checks and qualifications and must speak proficient English.

Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role

• Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services or Certificate in Individual Support
• National/International Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Screening Check
• Infection Control Training
• Vaccination record against covid19
• First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)
• Full Victorian Driver's License and Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status including booster
• Introduction to the NDIS training module certificate.
• Access to a registered car with comprehensive insurance
• Australian citizen/permanent resident
