Customer Service Representative | 6 Month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a large NSW government organisation based in Richmond. This role will be full time in the office.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (excluding Public Holidays)

About You

  • Looking for candidates with 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre or admin)
  • Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
