About the Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Bar Attendants to join our award-winning venue in Southport, QLD 4215. As a Casual member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, serving drinks, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our well-regarded community club.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to all bar patrons

• Preparing, serving, and presenting drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine

• Serving TAB and Keno customers with professionalism and accuracy (If Certified)

• Ensuring the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards

• Knowledge of food to complement beverage service

• Assisting with general bar and service duties as required

• Actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations

• With our newly renovated and opened Sports Bar, “Sidetracked,” you’ll be part of an exciting new space bringing fresh energy and experiences to our guests.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• TAB and Keno experience not required but highly regarded

• Cocktail making and beer/wine knowledge not required but highly regarded

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Relevant qualifications or certifications, such as RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate, are highly regarded or able to obtain within a month of employment.
