About the role:

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, in Bligh Park.

ONLY FEMALE STAFF NEEDED

About you:

The successful candidate will:

• Delivering high-quality care within the scope of NDIS supports
• Provide Personal Care in home settings
• Following vital care plans in pace
• Monitoring participants’ health and responding to changes in clinical needs
• Community Access
• Active listening
• Flexible shifts some short

Essential criteria:

• Proven experience in disability, aged care, community health, Mental Health

Strong understanding of NDIS framework and person-centred care
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Valid Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
COVID-19 vaccination (as per government mandate)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with complex behaviours or health needs
• Familiarity with medication administration and clinical procedures in the home/community setting
• Ability to mentor support staff and contribute to quality improvement processes
