About the role
We are seeking a part-time Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Dentist@Health in Baldivis. As a valued member of our dental practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This position is for 3 days per week.
What you'll be doing

Assisting the dentist during patient examinations and procedures by preparing the treatment room, sterilising instruments, and providing chairside support

Greeting and welcoming patients, booking appointments, and managing patient records and billing

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked dental operatory

Answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient communication

Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks and other duties as required
What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and practices is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in using dental software and technology

A passion for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of the dental practice

Our work day hours are from 8:00 - 5:30 pm. These hours are not flexible and occasionally we might work later due to the nature of our work.
