Your New Role

Support and collaborate with CEDWW Leadership and School Principals to develop and maintain effective processes in finance, debt management, resources, long term financial planning and sustainability.Provide specialist financial advice, support and mentoring to CEDWW Leaders, CEDWW Program Managers, Principals and School Finance representatives.Deliver a diverse range of specialised accounting functions including financial, management, tax, treasury and internal auditing. Ensure compliance with a broad range of legislation and internal policies.Fulfill financial and taxation accounting and reporting and analysis requirements.Fulfill Government and Catholic Schools NSW reporting requirements.

Essential Criteria

Demonstrated experience in Business Management and/or Senior Financial Leadership.Experience in policy development, review and implementation.Experience in financial management.Sound ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.An excellent understanding of legislative requirements and financial reporting/auditing requirements.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Effective facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Sound organisational and administrative skills, including project management.Tertiary qualifications in AccountingAccreditation for Support Staff (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.Current Drivers LicenceCurrent NSW Working With Children CheckSuccessful candidate will undergo a National Criminal History Check
