Tatler Lane by Sweetbrew and Sweetbrew Cafés are seeking an experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our team across multiple venues.

We operate some of Tasmania’s leading specialty cafés and this role suits a professional barista who thrives in busy, high-volume environments and takes pride in quality, speed, and customer connection.

This Role Is For Experienced Baristas Only

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting
• High-level latte art skills (essential)
• Ability to consistently produce large volumes of coffees during peak service
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering warm, professional service
• Full café all-rounder capability, including:
• Waiting tables
• Taking orders (POS experience)
• Clearing tables
• Dishwashing and general café duties
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
• Availability to work across Tatler Lane, Sweetbrew venues, and Sweetbrew – Campbell Town
