We're seeking experienced Track Riders to join our team at our Bass facility in Victoria.

About the Role You'll be riding thoroughbred racehorses for both slow work (walking/trotting) and fast work/gallops on our training track.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a track rider in the thoroughbred racing industry (essential)
• Strong, confident riding skills at all paces, including controlled fast work
• Ability to ride and handle different types/ages of horses safely and effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for early starts and consistent morning work
• Current horse racing industry accreditations/licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)

What We Offer

• Early starts: 6:00 AM kick-off
• Ride 8–10 horses per morning session
