The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Administrator to join our Aitkenvale (QLD) branch. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate, timely sales and administrative support in a fast-paced branch environment.

Your Role

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will support customers and the sales team by:

  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and accurately
  • Assisting Account Managers with order entry and customer follow-up
  • Responding to customer enquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Maintaining sales and customer records in company systems
  • Preparing quotes, reports and updating customer databases
  • Coordinating warranty claims and liaising with internal teams
  • Supporting showroom presentation, brochures and sales materials
  • Maintaining safety, housekeeping and compliance standards across the branch

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in internal sales, administration or customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management capability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of WHS/OHS practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of timber or building products (advantageous)
  • Understanding of WHS practices (valued)
