The role

 As a full-time Leading hand, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our onsite clothing store and laundry facility.

What you'll be doing:

·         Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the onsite clothing store and laundry facilities.

·         Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and stock replenishment.

·         Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

·         Quality control of company owned   and issued uniform

·         Co-ordinate with 3rd party service provider to ensure continuity of supply.

What we're looking for

·         Experience in a leading hand or supervisory role within a commercial laundry or dry-cleaning operation

·         Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and pressing machines

·         Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues

·         Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the laundry industry.

·         Strong organisation skills with attention to detail.

·         Active inventory management processes

·         Availability to work 40 hrs per week and commit to a set roster

·         Availability to work some Saturdays as required.
