The Role

Bega's Koroit site manufactures a range of dairy products including skimmed and full cream milk powders, buttermilk powders, milk protein concentrate, lactoferrin powder, retail milk powders, anhydrous milk fat, liquid cream and butter. The site produces a staggering 35 tonnes of lactoferrin extract annually.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all milk is received correctly, processed and distributed to the correct parts of the factory for further processing. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems fast and can keep a cool head. This role also works with lots of different technology and systems, so a high level of computer skills is essential. This role works on shift: two days, two nights, four days off. Day shift runs from 6am to 6pm, night shift runs from 6pm to 6am. You must be available to work this pattern as there are no changes in shift pattern. We need someone in this space 24/7.
