Join Metso at Karratha’s newest, state‑of‑the‑art Service Centre. We are seeking an experienced Repairs Coordinator to support repairs planning, execution and customer delivery within our Services team.

This is a residential role based in Karratha and is on a 5/2:4/3 roster.

About the role:
You will coordinate end‑to‑end repairs activities, working closely with workshops, vendors, engineering and customers to ensure repairs are delivered safely, on time and to Metso standards.

What you’ll do:
Coordinate end‑to‑end repairs from assessment to dispatch
Develop scopes of work, cost estimates and customer proposals
Plan and schedule repairs with workshops and vendors
Create job packs and maintain repair documentation
Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure repairs meet Metso standards
Liaise with customers and provide regular job progress updates

Who you are:
Experience in repairs or service coordination
Strong planning, scheduling and customer communication skills
Able to interpret technical drawings and repair documentation
Proficient in MS Office (SAP & QA/QC experience advantageous)
