Manager: Families, Children, Youth

& Community Services (FCYC)
Permanent Part Time Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager to be responsible for Belong Blue Mountains FCYC services including contract & funder relationship management, staff development & supervision, research & program development, budget & risk management, compliance and reporting.

Essential Criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in community development, management or related field
• Previous management experience in a similar role
• High level communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience negotiating with funders and contract management
• Ability to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate community services programs
• Demonstrated leadership skills, operational and strategic planning, risk management
• Current Driver's Licence
