We’re on the lookout for an energetic Coxswain / Dive Instructor / Tour Guide who’s ready to turn every day into an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Reporting to the Guest Activities Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the island experience, delivering world-class adventures both in the water and on land for our overnight and day guests.

Duties:

• Welcoming and orienting guests on arrival
• Confidentially driving glass bottom boats
• Leading dives and also teaching new scuba divers
• Leading marine adventures: scuba diving, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat tours & kayaking
• Guiding island experiences: bird watching, turtle walks, reef walks and night activities such as bingo, trivia, turtle ranger.
• Delivering engaging educational presentations and guest interactions
• Assisting with the operation of the on-island dive shop
• Upholding the highest standards of water safety and guest care

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring experience, confidence, and a passion for the marine environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Coxswain qualification (Grade 1 Near Coastal)
• PADI Dive Instructor certification (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of water safety and commercial vessel operations
• Own dive insurance & current dive medical clearance
• Oxygen certification
• First Aid & CPR
• Manual driver’s licence
• Marine Biology degree or significant knowledge on coral reefs? That’s a big bonus!

The Island Lifestyle

• 10 days on island / 4 days off
• Accommodation and all meals provided (shared staff facilities)
