About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Handyperson to ensure the upkeep and presentation of our storage facilities. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities: You will travel between sites to perform general upkeep and preventative maintenance. Tasks include:

• General Cleaning: Keeping facility grounds, hallways, and lifts and units clean and free of debris.
• Pressure Washing: Cleaning driveways, hardstands, and facility exteriors.
• Gardening & Grounds: Weed control, trimming, and maintaining the landscape presentation.
• Painting: Touch-ups on facility doors, gates, and bollards as required.
• General Repairs: Handling "odd jobs" such as fixing latches, roller doors, and minor facility repairs.
• Reporting major maintenance issues to management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven previous experience in a maintenance, caretaker, or handyman role.
• Skills: Strong general handyman skills (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
• Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy (you will often be working unsupervised).
• Transport: specific requirement (e.g., Must have a valid Driver's License to travel between the sites).
