MOUNTAIN VIEW QUARRIES, a part of Barro Group is seeking an exprience Sales Representative for the Geelong area.

The successful applicant will have:

• proven successful experience in sales/account management, preferably in the raw materials sector, or substantial experience in the civil construction industry

• excellent negotiation skills

• excellent communication skills

• excellent time management and organisational skills

• a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally; and be

• self motivated

You will:

• provide exceptional customer service

• strengthen existing customer relationships ensuring retention

• prospect for new customers including cold-calling

• liaise with quarry management on material supplies

• maintain accurate records of customer interaction and sales activity

• assist in shaping and excecuting sales strategies
