About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Townsville branch.

As a key member of our customer service team, your day-to-day will include:

• Processing and entering customer orders efficiently and accurately

• Quoting products and providing up-to-date pricing and availability

• Following up on freight and delivery schedules

• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer enquiries

• Maintaining a professional, friendly and solution-focused approach with every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven customer service experience (a must)

• A bubbly, positive personality and excellent communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry

• Confidence in handling freight enquiries and following up deliveries

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
