Full-Time Administrative Assistant
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, format, and file documents; maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Answer calls, and provide exceptional client service
- Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping support, and generate reports
- Coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines; prioritise work efficiently
- Assist with correspondence, and standard office routines
- Identify process improvements and implement practical solutions
- Assist with preparation of Legal Claims
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong computer skills: proficient with Excel comfortable with databases and email platforms
- Sharp problem-solver who can think creatively and “outside the square”
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior admin/office experience is beneficial
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CRM, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping
- Prior experience / Knowledge in QCAT/ Magistrates Court processes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Hours: Monday–Thursday , 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM-4:00PM
