What do we need you to do?
- Create and serve a range of coffee and cold drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Welcome customers, take their orders, and address special requests, delivering a friendly and efficient service experience.
- Ensure the coffee bar and equipment are clean and organised, including daily maintenance of coffee machines and workstations.
- Oversee inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies and alert management when stock is running low.
What do we need you to bring?
Ideally, we’re looking for previous experience as a Barista. You’ll need to be resilient and resourceful and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
- Passionate, engaging and outgoing personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and awareness.
- Reliability, high energy, and ability to work within a positive team environment.
