We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Customer Supplies team as a full-time Customer Service Officer, based in Moonah.

In this role, will be the first point of contact, helping customers to find products and equipment that meet their needs through our First Aid retail outlet, the “Scooters & Mobility” store, and our First Aid Kit servicing vans. Your responsibilities will include the timely processing of goods and services for our clients, managing inventory, providing retail customer service, and customer services scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional standards of customer service to exceed customer expectations.

• Coordinate scheduling of site visits, ensuring regular appointments to deadlines.

• Effectively manage inventory, including invoicing, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and merchandising standards

• Develop and continually improve your knowledge of first aid supplies and mobility products to assist clients in achieving optimal outcomes.

• Build and foster strong relationships with customers to enhance our brand and expand our customer base.

• Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives that foster a positive client experience and cultivate a purposeful workplace culture.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the nominated software system.

• Work collaboratively to achieve results that align with St John Tasmania's goals and priorities across our three Supplies teams.

• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Work Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice, and relevant policies and procedures.

• Having experience with MYOB or similar software, exposure to a warehousing or logistics environment, or previous experience in the healthcare sector would be beneficial

• A skilled communicator who can clearly and confidently engage with customers both in person and over the phone.

Essential Requirements

To work with us, you must:

• Be willing to acquire or provide a National Police Check that has been issued within the last six months.

• Possess or be willing to acquire a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration with NDIS endorsement.

• An unrestricted Australian Driver's licence

• Be an Australian Resident or hold a valid Australian working visa.
