Your Role
• Customer Support: Take inbound calls and provide clear, friendly assistance on super accumulation, withdrawals, pensions, investments, and employer contributions.
• Problem Solving: Navigate internal systems and follow compliance processes to resolve member queries.
• Team Collaboration: Seamlessly refer members to other departments where needed.
