Valletta Homes is a family-run builder specialising in custom homes, duplexes, townhouses, double- & single-story builds, With a strong pipeline of upcoming builds across the Central Coast, Newcastle corridor, we are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a current White Card and either a Supervisor’s Certificate or at least a Carpenter’s Licence. Proof of qualifications will be required.

About the role:

As a Site Supervisor at Valletta Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and building standards
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication
• Reporting on project progress to management

About you:

We are open to junior through to experienced supervisors. Training and mentoring will be provided to the right candidate.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in residential construction supervision (preferred but not essential for junior applicants)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve on site
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Current driver’s licence and White Card
